We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents which is the recognised professional body for the letting industry in the UK. The conditions of membership are strict and are intended to offer security to landlord and tenant alike. The ARLA Bonding Scheme offers additional protection for clients’ funds over and above the Professional Indemnity insurance which each member is obliged to carry.
We are also members of the National Approved Letting Scheme which is a Government backed initiative to promote nationally recognised service levels for professional residential letting and management agents.
