TuckerGardner is happy to provide free impartial advice to investors on market conditions and the rental prospects of individual properties. If required, this can include monitoring the market for suitable opportunities matching the investor’s criteria and, particularly of interest to overseas clients, it can be extended, by negotiation to include viewing properties on their behalf, negotiating the purchase, appointing a solicitor and advising on sources of mortgage funds.
Once a suitable property has been acquired TuckerGardner can advise on, and normally carry out, any required refurbishment or maintenance works. Furniture, fixtures and fittings can be sourced and supplied, usually at trade cost, through partnerships with local suppliers.
