It is true that every sale from putting the property onto the market to the day of completion shares a common process. However this does not mean that every sale is the same, nor that every agent offers the same service.
Our experience has taught us that despite a common process, every home sale is unique and we tailor our services to meet that challenge. Whilst we invest heavily in the marketing and promotion of properties our business is primarily about people.
By accepting that each sale is unique we must have experienced, motivated teams which are able to respond to changing - and sometimes difficult - circumstances in order to ensure that we achieve the best possible result for our clients.
This focus on our clients’ interests underpins everything that we do and is the reason why we do not believe in sales targets or any other unnecessary and potentially contradictory measures. It is a philosophy that has served both us and our clients well since being established in 1989.
